Organizational Adaptability to Master I4.0 Transformation Processes
Barbara Müller is associate professor and vice-head of the Institute of Leadership & Change Management at JKU. She is teaching and researching in the fields of leadership, organizational learning and change management. She is particularly interested in the question as to how organizations can adapt to constantly changing environments through organizational, team and people development. Her work aims at drawing practical implications on the development of organizations, groups as well as of leaders and their identities.
